How will you keep that many people organized and assure they stick to their crawl schedule?

We 3 measures in place to assure our crawl schedules stay on time:

1.) Group Leaders - We have a volunteer group leader associated with each Pub Crawl group in each city. They are equipped with a whistle so you will know who they are. Their job is to keep track of time and when the hour duration for the venue you are at is up, they blow their whistle. This signifies that the group must switch venues to the next on their list, however, before leaving we all raise our glasses/bottles to the Student Union Bursary, good times, and most importantly our environment. It is an East Coast tradition to yell ‘SOCIABLE!’ when a toast is being conducted so please exercise this tradition with the participating cities. You will be toasting with the 3 other cities involved at the same time. This will hopefully allow participants and onlookers alike to understand why we are really holding this event. Bringing Canadians together for a great cause and having the time of our lives.

2.) Wristbands - Each pub crawl group will have color coordinated wristbands to represent the custom crawl schedule they are on.

3.) Schedules - Since each participant picks their crawl schedule, they can print it directly after registering for their spot.
